This money I will need ASAP in order to reserve the spot on the bus.  We will be going with St. Peter Celestine’s YG.  I will have more info on this in October.

 

 

 

Rather than do individual forms for each event please check off from the list below which ones you will be participating in and complete the other side of this sheet.  I will follow up on each event with specifics as we get closer to them.  Some events require money.  Please look over and include payment with this form.  Cash is easier to work with for the activities.  However, if you need to write a check make it payable to Christ the King.  If finances are an issue, please contact me  at 354-1925 (hm), 429-1600 (wk) or 609-458-7520 (cell).  Thank you.
