Reliquary

   

a Reliquary is a place that holds relics which are objects that are memorials of saints.  the Relics in our church are:  

TOP ROW

1.  St. Francis of Assisi - 1881-1226.  His feast day is Oct. 4.  He is the founder of all Franciscans and the patron of nature and all God's creations.

2.  A piece of the Cross of Jesus.

MIDDLE ROW

 1`.  St. Catherine Laboure - 1806-1876.  Her feast day is Nov. 25.  Our Lady appeared to St. Catherine and showed her the medal of the Immaculate Conception, which is now known as the Miraculous Medal.

BOTTOM ROW

1. St. Mary Joseph Rossello - 1811-1888.  Her feast day is Dec. 7.  She was devoted to teaching the young and caring for the sick.

2.  St. Francis Xavier - 1506- 1554.  His feast day is Dec. 3.  He is the patron of all foreign missions.

3.  St. Germaine Cousin - 1579-1601.  Her feast day is June 215.  She is the patron of abused children.
